This is a simple program that will keep your SaintAxe&Ror missions up to date.
Just run it before launching Operation Flashpoint Dragon Rising and hit the "Check for updates" button. And that's it !

How does it work ? :

Each time I make a new mission or I update one, I upload it on the server (with another SAR utility). The same way, a simple list (a file text) is also uploaded on the server, it contains missions settings.

When you click the "Check for updates" button, the program first downloads the list then checks the missions on your local disk. Missions appears in the table.

• If the mission is missing (ie : you don't have the mission on your local disk), you can download it by clicking the "Download" button. The mission will be installed automatically.
  
  
• If the mission is already installed (ie : it's already on your hard disk) :
  • If the mission is up to date , the "Delete" button is available. You can delete the mission.
    
    
  • If the mission is not up to date : you can download it by clicking the "Update" button. The mission will be updated automatically.

 

You better save S.A.R. missions you already have before you make any changes by clicking the "Save SAR missions" button. The missions are put into a Zip archive.

Installation : After downloading the SarUpdater_setup.exe file, just run it and follow instructions displayed on screen. If you encounter troubles while installing or using SAR Updater, please contact me.

Other features and screenshots :

When a mission is not on your hard disk, you can download it in one click by clicking the "Download" button. The mission will be downloaded and installed in OFDR missions folder.

When a mission is already on your hard disk, but there is a new version available on the SAR server, you can update it in one click by clicking the "Update" button. The former mission will be deleted and the new one will be downloaded and installed in OFDR missions folder.

Each action done by Sar Updater is logged in the memo at the bottom of the software. You can save theses informations on your hard disk.
If you encounter troubles during the using of Sar Updater : don't forget to save theses messages and send it to me . That could be very helpfull in order to find a fix.

You'll find the version number displayed on the form that appears by clicking the "About" menu at the top of the software.
