Special Map : Skira Maze
 

The story :


PLA have constructed lot of enclosures on Skira Island. These rooms are built like a labyrinth.
Rules are simple : clean the room where you are by killing all the enemies found there and then go into the next room until you join USM officers awaiting for you. Only humans are allowed to enter a room, so you should choose your teammates among soldiers that you trust before starting the mission (AI mates will despawn). There are only two ammo boxes placed in the maze, so you better take weapons and ammunitions on downed bodies. When playing multiplayer, it's possible you respawn outside a room due to the in-game spawning system. In this case, just walk around outside a room and find some trunks in order to enter the room again. Beware, PLA are hidden in the enclosures, some are in prone behind some props or buildings. Search each building, every nook and be on your guard. Remember : no AI in your team, the more humans in your team, the less the mission will be difficult.

 

 

After having built more than 50 Maps for Operation Flashpoint Dragon Rising, I decided to make something completely different. There is no real story in this map, the goal is very simple, you enter a labyrinth and go each room until the end.

This map is easily extensible. I'll probably add some rooms in the future.

Each room has different shape, different size, different ennemies too.
The time and the weather are set randomly for each room. So you can enter a room at night with foggy weather one day, and enter the same room with clear weather at midday another day.

When you enter a room (with your team) , the doors are closed and combat start instantly. The door that leads to the next room opens only when you've killed all enemies . (You'll hear the sentence). When done, walk along the walls to find the opened door and enter the sas. You will wait a few in the sas while loading walls, props and enemies of the next room. Don't stand in front of a door because it is possible that enemies are positionned in front of you and shoot at you when the door opens.
